Public Affairs and Crisis Communications Specialist to Speak at Stratford University on April 24
Stratford University is hosting a presentation by retired Rear Admiral Craig Quigley on April 24, at 5:30pm as part of its Speakers Bureau.

Stratford University is hosting a presentation by retired Rear Admiral Craig Quigley on April 24, at 5:30pm as part of its Speaker’s Bureau. 

Admiral Quigley is a 1975 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and spent 27 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy. He was the Pentagon spokesman during the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks.

Upon retirement, he was Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors. After leaving Lockheed Martin, he returned to government service as Director of Communications for the U. S. Joint Forces Command, until September 2010, when he accepted his current position as Executive Director of the Hampton Roads Military and Federal Facilities Alliance.

The presentation will be held in the Main Auditorium of Stratford University’s Virginia Beach Campus, located at 555 South Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, Virginia.  There will a “Question and Answer” session following the presentation, and light refreshments will be provided.
