LEAD Hampton Road's Celebrates its Great Leaders
More than 450 guests gathered for Bravo!, LEAD's celebration of great leaders in the Hampton Roads region on June 19

On June 19, more than 450 guests gathered for Bravo!, LEAD's celebration of great leaders in the Hampton Roads region. Harvey L. Lindsay, Jr. was named the First Citizen of Hampton Roads.

For sixty years he has seen the potential of our region, rallied support from diverse communities and built our future. Jeff Ainslie (LHR '94) President, Ainslie Group, received The Distinguished Leadership Award presented annually by The National Association of Leadership Programs. The Julian Hirst Alumni Leadership Award was presented to Cathie France (LHR '09), Chief Public Affairs Officer, Port of Virginia. The Visionary Leader Award was presented to Zack Miller, President, Hatch Norfolk. Morgan Davis, President, TowneBank served as the emcee for the event.

As part of the evening's celebration, 50 business leaders graduated from LEAD's Signature program, joining more than 1,300 other graduates. To view the Class of 2014 roster click here
