In an age of centralization, VBS manages client accounts in each local branch office and staffs the office with highly trained and tenured Branch Administration.  By acquiring Apex, a 23 year old business, who was a Xerox Agent before joining with VBS, they have also retained the Apex staff who will continue to deliver the “Fast Forward Document Solutions” that VBS is known for.  These employees include David Bogart, who will be the General Market Manager of the new VBS office.  Also at the VBS Hampton Roads office will be John Day – handling IT & Network Support, Tina Donnell, Mike Molodow and Tony Layne as Document Management Consultants, Nelson Jett will continue as Service Technician and Sharon Boykin as Branch Administrator.
