National MS Society, Central & Eastern Virginia Chapter Celebrates with David Osmond at First Annual Women on the Move Luncheon
The National MS Society, Central & Eastern Virginia Chapter is hosting its first annual Women on the Move Luncheon on Tuesday, June 10th at the Founders Inn and Spa from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Multiple sclerosis stops people from moving; the Women on the Move Luncheon brings together professional women and men, as well as community leaders, to make sure it doesn't.

The National MS Society, Central & Eastern Virginia Chapter is hosting its first annual Women on the Move Luncheon on Tuesday, June 10th at the Founders Inn and Spa from 12:00-1:30 p.m.  The featured speaker for the Luncheon is singer David Osmond – nephew of Donny and Marie Osmond and American Idol contestant – who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2006. Mistress of Ceremonies, Katie Collett – WAVY News 10 News Anchor, will also share her story of living with MS.  For sponsorships, contact Sharhonda Woods at 757-319-4254 or sharhonda.woods@nmss.org. For tickets, visit www.MSVirginia.org or call 757-319-4254. The funds raised provide hope to the more than 5,600 people living with MS in Central & Eastern Virginia by providing education, support, and advocacy funded by the Chapter. In addition, funds support promising research to STOP multiple sclerosis, RESTORE, function that has been lost, and to END MS forever.
