During the 2010 General Assembly, Virginians for High Speed Rail and our coalition partners advocated for a study to review the best means of sponsoring passenger rail service in Virginia. The study passed, and now the VA Department of Rail and Public Transportation (VDRPT) is requesting formal comments from the public regarding how to sponsor our passenger trains.
