The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting member business development by offering low or no cost educational opportunities on topics of interest to the business community.

This commitment provides members with opportunities to take advantage of practical and up-to-date information and training while also providing members who have subject matter expertise the chance to interact with area businesses and to increase their visibility in the community.

An integral part of our commitment to member development is our Small Business Development Center which the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce has hosted since its inception in 1989.

The Small Business Development Center provides free and confidential counseling to businesses with 99 or fewer employees in addition to providingregularly scheduled educational offerings.
