What are your business's core values, goals, and overall mission?
360IT PARTNERS places a high level of importance on trust, honesty, character, respect, consistency, and integrity. The relationship we have with our clients is important to us, as we aim to serve clients, not just tickets.
Our main goal is to ensure that our clients are able to use their systems reliably. We accomplish this through the use of our state-of-the-art toolset as well as our seasoned staff members who are proactive in working to prevent issues before they happen. When a client does have a problem, they can always count on 360IT PARTNERS to resolve it quickly for them.
Our mission is to reliably deliver outstanding IT systems and support experiences to business clients that help improve productivity, uptime, and profitability.
Share some unique facts and business history? What makes your business stand out?
We are celebrating our 20th year in business! We are humbled by the many accolades we’ve won over the years including the 2013 Small Business of the Year for the entire region of Hampton Roads. We’re made the 2013 and 2014 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies as well as Inside Business’s list of fastest-growing companies in Hampton Roads. None of these would be possible without our very seasoned and professional staff. We are proud of the fact that we have a great employee retention rate and high customer satisfaction.

What are the greatest obstacles and/or challenges that your business has faced? The greatest obstacle has been the ability to manage our growth. Another challenge was moving from what we would refer to as a “break/fix” company to a company that’s proactively managing our client’s networks. That was quite a challenge for us to make that change in 2008 during the worst recession in our lifetimes. We basically changed our business model and moved our focus to becoming the IT department for small and medium-sized businesses.
How have you and your business overcome them?
When you’re put in a position where you have to react to a problem rather than preventing the problem in the first place, it creates a challenge for any IT company. We find that it’s really important to educate our clients of the fact that we can’t truly manage their network without having our toolset in place. When a client places their trust in 360IT PARTNERS, the outcome is always a win/win.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
For starters, receiving the SBOY was a huge accomplishment for 360IT PARTNERS. But also, being in the business for twenty years is something we’re really proud of, especially in our industry. The IT industry is the fastest changing industry on the face of the earth and for us to maintain a 20-year longevity is pretty impressive. As a company, we are very engaged and outward in our efforts to support our community- that’s another thing that makes me proud.
What do you see for the future of your business?
The future of IT is very bright- and we are going to be presented with a lot of opportunities, particularly those dealing with the cloud as well as cyber security.
Why are you a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce?
We feel that the Chamber of Commerce delivers a great ROI for the money. The Chamber throws a lot of fun and educational events where you can meet a lot of good people and learn ways to grow your business.
