The Recruiting Eligibility Compliance (REC) Forum, presented by CHKD Sports Medicine, will be held on Tuesday, February 11, to provide information to middle school and high school students planning to play collegiate athletics. This event is hosted by the Hampton Roads Sports Commission (HRSC), an affiliate of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, and is the second annual event for college-bound student-athletes and their families.
