A Virginia Beach-based information technology company will help the military care for the personal effects of service members killed in the line of duty.

IntellecTechs announced this month it was awarded a five-year, $3.87 million contract with the Army’s Human Resources Command, where the business will be assisting the Joint Personal Effects Depot at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The depot handles the processing and delivering of personal effects to the loved ones of service members, Department of Defense contractors and civilians.
