The Association of Defense Communities (ADC), the nation’s premier membership organization serving America’s defense communities, will host its 2011 Annual Conference from July 17-20, 2011 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott.
The annual conference is expected to bring more than 600 attendees from defense communities, states, the Defense Department, and the private sector. There will be three days of sessions, including mobile workshops, innovation laboratories, and keynote speakers focusing on numerous issues important to America’s defense communities.
Invited speakers include Governor Bob McDonnell (R-VA), Senator Mark Warner (D-VA), Representative Randy Forbes (R-VA), Representative Scott Rigell (R-VA), and Representative Bobby Scott (D-VA). Many members of the Military and the Department of Defense have been invited as well.
