Young Philanthropists Summit 2016
Join the Young Philanthropists for a full day of professional development and networking! Featuring local leaders and Alex Sheen.

Join United Way’s Young Philanthropists (YP) for our first annual YP Summit on Friday, May 20 from 8:30am - 4pm!  The Summit will be a full-day conference with keynote speakers, professional development workshops and networking with other young adults, community leaders, and United Way’s Tocqueville Society members.

In 2016, Young Leaders Society (YLS) transitioned to Young Philanthropists (YP) to better reflect who we are.  We are a growing group of more than 500 members in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, who not only volunteer and donate our time, but also give back half a million dollars every year to make our community a better place.

WHY ATTEND?
Professional Development - Become enlightened and empowered with a new set of ideas to create a better you and a better organization.
Community Development - Hear from local leaders and advocates on how to give back and get involved with seeing our region transform and grow.
Philanthropic Legacy - Don't just buy local - learn how to give local and get involved in our community.
