Keurig coffee, Portsmouth- based coffee roaster, will be transitioning into the production of environment-friendly coffee pods by the end of the year at its Suffolk plant. Hopefully, this will appeal to the ‘keen for green’ consumers as the company encourages healthy, renewable nutrient to new life.
The containers will be called PurPod100s. Its name satisfies its capability to be one- hundred percent compostable. Making these small containers compostable will combat the small- package recycle challenge.
