University of Virginia President Dr. Teresa Sullivan to Speak June 19 at Chamber Luncheon

WHAT:           The Chamber’s 2013 Professional Women’s Leadership Luncheon Series will hold its third luncheon of the year, featuring Dr. Teresa Sullivan, president of the University of Virginia. The presentation, titled Principles of Effective Leadership,” will provide practical insights gathered from her multitude of leadership experiences.

 

WHO:             Dr. Teresa Sullivan is the University of Virginia’s eighth president. She is an expert on labor-force demography, with focus on economic marginality and consumer dept. She is the author or co-author of six books and more than 50 scholarly articles. Her most recent research has focused on measuring productivity in higher education.
