Brian Michaud Named Director of CommCenter for Cox Communications Virginia
Michaud will lead 48 local employees based in Hampton Roads.


Cox Communications recently announced Brian Michaud as Director of CommCenter for Cox Communications Virginia.  Michaud’s focus will be on workforce operations and dispatch operations for Field Services in Cox markets across Virginia. He will be leading a team of 48 local employees based in Hampton Roads.


Michaud is a long term veteran of Cox Field Service, with nearly 20 years’ experience as a Field Service and Vendor Relations leader, as well as a key collaborator on CommCenter technologies and initiatives. Prior to his recent appointment as CommCenter Director, Michaud served as Field Service Manager in the Cox Northeast Region.

Michaud holds a Bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University and is currently working on his MBA with a concentration in Leadership.


Michaud will be based in Hampton Roads, beginning on November 7, 2016.
